Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 22, 2026 · Effective September 22, 2026

This Policy explains how Riseklix Pro subscriptions renew, how to stop future renewal, how in-app Expert implementation payments are handled, when a refund may be available, and how approved refunds are processed. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cancel anytime

Workspace owners can schedule cancellation from Billing. Pro remains active through the end of the current paid period.

No automatic prorating

Cancelling mid-cycle does not automatically refund unused days. Refund eligibility is assessed under the specific conditions below and applicable law.

Refunds return to source

When a refund is approved, Riseklix initiates it back to the original payment method used for the charge.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid Riseklix Pro subscriptions and to fixed-price Expert implementation milestones purchased inside the Riseklix application and processed through Razorpay or another payment provider we identify at checkout.

Riseklix provides digital software and professional implementation services; there are no physical goods to return, exchange, or ship back. A separately signed agency, enterprise, or custom-services agreement may contain different cancellation or refund terms, in which case that written agreement controls for that engagement.

Expert milestone payments are direct payments for the described service checkpoint. They are not described as escrow, customer trust funds, or a neutral holding account unless a separate written agreement expressly provides such an arrangement.

2. Subscription billing

Riseklix Pro is currently offered at US$39 per workspace per month unless a different price, currency, tax treatment, promotion, or written order is shown before purchase. The subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancellation is scheduled or the subscription otherwise ends.

A successful checkout authorizes recurring charges under the payment mandate presented by Razorpay. Renewal timing and payment-method availability can depend on the payment network, issuing bank, mandate rules, and Razorpay.

3. Cancelling subscriptions and Expert requests

In-product cancellation

A workspace owner can cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. When the product confirms “Cancel at period end,” the cancellation is scheduled immediately in the Riseklix billing system and no further renewal should be requested after the current paid period.

If you cannot access Billing

Email refunds@riseklix.com from the account or workspace email and include the workspace name and, if available, the Razorpay subscription or payment identifier. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.

Using the in-product cancellation control is the fastest way to stop the next renewal because it records the request directly against the subscription.

Expert implementation requests

An Expert request can be cancelled in the Blueprint workflow while it is still unfunded and no payment checkout or active milestone has begun. If a payment link has already been created, a milestone has been paid, or work has started, contact refunds@riseklix.comso we can reconcile the payment and delivery state before cancelling the engagement.

Closing a checkout page or leaving the application does not by itself cancel an Expert request or a payment that has already been completed.

4. What happens after cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period rather than immediately. Pro access continues through the paid period shown in Billing.

When paid access ends, recurring Pro-only activity such as Recheck, continuous Pulse, X monitoring, Market refreshes, Daily Market Watch, additional paid analysis capacity, and other Pro-only execution stops or becomes unavailable under the then-current Free plan.

Cancellation does not itself delete the workspace or previously generated project data. Data remains subject to the Terms, Privacy Policy, plan-access rules, retention rules, and any separate deletion request.

5. When a refund may be available

We will review refund requests in good faith. A refund may be approved where, for example:

  • the same Riseklix charge was duplicated because of a billing or payment-processing error;
  • Riseklix charged an incorrect amount or an incorrect subscription because of our error;
  • a payment succeeded but Pro access never activated and we cannot restore the purchased service within one business day after you notify us;
  • you were charged after a cancellation had already become effective in our billing system;
  • Riseklix materially failed to provide the paid service for a meaningful part of the paid period and we cannot reasonably restore or remedy the failure;
  • we discontinue the paid service before providing the material subscription value already purchased; or
  • an Expert milestone was paid but, after we confirm the state, work on that milestone had not begun and no superseding written term applies;
  • an Expert milestone was materially not delivered against the agreed scope and we cannot reasonably cure, replace, or complete the missing work;
  • a refund is required by applicable law or a binding consumer-protection right.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a full refund, a proportional refund, or another remedy permitted by law and accepted by the customer.

6. When charges are generally not refundable

Subject to mandatory legal rights, a valid subscription charge is generally not refundable solely because:

  • you cancelled after the billing cycle had already started;
  • you did not use some or all of the subscription during the paid period;
  • you forgot to cancel before an otherwise valid disclosed renewal;
  • you changed your mind after Pro access was successfully provided;
  • an AI model, search provider, market source, or monitored signal produced a result you did not expect, where the Riseklix service itself was materially delivered;
  • you expected a particular ranking, recommendation, commercial outcome, lead, revenue result, or AI citation that Riseklix does not guarantee;
  • an Expert milestone was completed in material accordance with the agreed deliverable but did not produce a ranking, citation, traffic, lead, revenue, or other downstream outcome that was not guaranteed; or
  • access was restricted because of fraud, abuse, security risk, chargeback abuse, or a material violation of the Terms, except where applicable law requires a refund.

We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for scheduling a Riseklix Pro cancellation.

7. Duplicate, failed, or incorrect charges

If your bank or card shows a debit but Riseklix reports that checkout failed, avoid repeatedly creating new subscriptions. Send the payment identifier and a screenshot or bank reference, with sensitive card data removed, to refunds@riseklix.com.

Some failed, late-authorized, or uncaptured payment attempts may be automatically reversed or refunded by the payment provider or banking network without a separate Riseklix refund decision.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact your issuing bank promptly as well as Riseklix so the payment and account can be investigated.

8. How to request a refund

Email refunds@riseklix.com with the subject “Riseklix refund request” and include:

  • the email address associated with the workspace;
  • the workspace name;
  • the charge date and amount;
  • the Razorpay payment or subscription identifier, if available; and
  • a short explanation of the billing problem and the remedy you are requesting.

Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords, OTPs, or other payment credentials.

9. Review and refund timelines

We aim to acknowledge a refund or billing complaint within 48 hours. Once we have the information reasonably needed to review the request, we aim to communicate a decision within five business days.

If a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it through the payment provider within two business days after approval. Complex fraud, chargeback, identity, bank, tax, or payment-network issues can require additional investigation. Where consumer law prescribes a shorter or different timeline, that law controls.

10. Payment processor timing

Approved refunds are initiated back to the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not normally redirect a card refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, or cash payment.

After Riseklix initiates a standard refund, the payment provider, card network, wallet, issuing bank, or other financial institution controls the final posting time. Standard refunds commonly appear within about five to seven business days, but some payment methods or issuers can take longer.

If the refund has not appeared after the expected processing period, contact us with the payment and refund identifiers so we can help trace the transaction with the payment provider.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

A refund request to Riseklix and a chargeback or payment dispute opened with a bank are separate processes. Starting a chargeback can move the transaction into a payment-network dispute process that Riseklix does not control.

You do not give up any lawful bank, card-network, or consumer-dispute right by contacting us first. Promptly contacting us can, however, make duplicate charges, activation failures, and ordinary billing errors easier to resolve without a formal payment dispute.

12. Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. If applicable consumer law, payment-system rules, a court order, or another binding legal requirement gives you a stronger cancellation, refund, cooling-off, or dispute right, that requirement controls.

Riseklix is primarily business software, but the legal characterization of a purchaser and the rights available to that purchaser can depend on the jurisdiction and the circumstances of the purchase.

13. Support and grievances

Billing, cancellation, refund, and consumer complaints can be sent to:

Billing and consumer grievance contactRiseklix MediaIndia · app.riseklix.comcontact@riseklix.com

We aim to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and to redress them within one month from receipt, subject to identity verification, required information, and any shorter timeline that applies by law.

If your issue relates to a payment processed by Razorpay, Riseklix remains your merchant contact for the underlying subscription while Razorpay or the issuing bank may control payment-network processing and settlement timing.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the product, payment methods, legal requirements, or refund operations change. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
